STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE SWEETHEART PIE

This was one of the dessert items on my Valentine's Dinner Menu. I made it especially for my Sweetheart of a husband & he loved it. It is a very simple & easy NO BAKE RECIPE, so I am sure you will appreciate it. You can freeze it or just refrigerate it a few hours before serving. Decorate it any way you like, I just wanted it...

Strawberry Cream Cheese Sweetheart Pie image

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl combine cream cheese with heavy whipping cream then beat till creamy.
  • 2. Add pie filling to a medium side bowl and pour in cold milk, then beat till thickened.
  • 3. Add pudding mixture to cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  • 4. Add thawed strawberries, and optional food coloring if desired. Then fold in till blended.
  • 5. Add tub of whipped topping.
  • 6. Fold till blended.
  • 7. Pour into pie Crust, and top with remaining whipped topping, and garnish with fruit or candies of your choice. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or freeze and serve frozen.
  • 8. Serve and enjoy.

2 6 oz. pie shells (oreo, chocolate ,graham) your choice
1 pkg 8 oz. cream cheese softened room temperature
1 pkg frozen pre sweetened strawberries (16 oz) thawed
3/4 c heavy whipping cream, (room temperature)
2 pkg 8 oz tubs each whipped topping thawed
2 pkg jello instant cheesecake pudding & pie filling
1 3/4 c milk
few drops red food color, optional
garnish of fruit and or candies of your choice

Easy Fresh Strawberry Pie image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450°. Unroll crust into a 9-in. pie plate. Trim edge. Line unpricked crust with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil or parchment. Bake 8 minutes. Remove foil; bake 5 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack., In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Refrigerate until slightly cooled, 15-20 minutes., Meanwhile, arrange strawberries in the crust. Pour gelatin mixture over berries. Refrigerate until set. If desired, serve with whipped cream.
