- COOK spaghetti as directed on package.
- MEANWHILE, brown meat in large skillet. Stir in sauce and cream cheese; cook on low heat 3 to 5 minute or until sauce is well blended and heated through, stirring frequently.
- DRAIN spaghetti. Add to sauce; mix lightly. Place on platter; top with Parmesan.
- Special Extra: Cook 1 cup each chopped bell peppers and onions with the ground beef.
- Special Extra: Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil or parsley before serving.
- Variation: Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

- Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Heat the oil in a shallow ovenproof casserole dish, then soften the onion for 5 mins. Add the chicken and curry paste, then cook for 3 mins, stirring to coat.
- Tip in the rice and peppers, then stir in the lime zest and juice, coconut milk and 250ml boiling water. Bring to the boil, then pop the lid on and bake for 20 mins until the rice is fluffy. Scatter with coriander before serving.

- Place chicken in a 1-1/2- or 3-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the next 6 ingredients; pour over chicken. Cook, covered, on low until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°, about 4 hours. Remove chicken; cool slightly. Shred chicken with two forks and return to slow cooker., In a large saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions. In a small nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Pour in eggs; cook and stir until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains., Drain noodles. Stir eggs and noodles into slow cooker. Top with green onions, peanuts and cilantro.Freeze option: Double the chicken mixture. Freeze half of cooled chicken mixture in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. - Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, peanut butter, hoisin sauce, ginger, garlic, and chile paste in a resealable container. Mix well. Stir in cornstarch. Add chicken to marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a jelly roll pan or rimmed cookie sheet with a double layer of foil large enough to envelop the chicken.
- Spread chicken evenly over the bottom layer of foil. Top with the marinade, fold the upper layer of foil on top, and wrap to fully cover chicken.
