Triple-Nut Bars image

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, beat 3/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar and the almond extract with electric mixer on medium-low speed until blended. On low speed, beat in flour until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Bake 17 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, cook 1 cup butter, 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, the honey, corn syrup and vanilla over medium-high heat 12 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boil 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle walnuts, almonds and pecans over crust. Pour brown sugar mixture over nuts. Bake 13 to 15 minutes longer or until top of mixture is bubbly. Cool completely, about 1 hour. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.

  • In a small bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour until well combined (mixture will be crumbly). , Press onto the bottom and 1/2 in. up the sides of an 8x4-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Cool., For filling, in a small saucepan, cook and stir the milk and butter over low heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from the heat; stir in peanuts and vanilla. Spread evenly over crust. , Bake at 350° for 15-17 minutes or until set. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips; let stand for a few minutes to soften, then spread over filling. Sprinkle with peanuts. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Grease two 13x9-in. baking pans., In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with water and milk, beating well after each addition., Transfer to prepared baking pans. Bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Meanwhile, for frosting, in a large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until blended. Beat in confectioners' sugar alternately with enough milk to reach spreading consistency., Remove cakes from oven; place on wire racks. Spread frosting over warm cakes; sprinkle with peanuts. Triple Layer Peanut Butter Bars image

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream together butter and peanut butter. Add sugars, vanilla and egg. Mix until combined. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda. Add dry ingredients in small amounts to wet ingredients. Once this mixture is combined, pat into a 9 X 13 in pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over mixture in pan while it's still warm. As they melt, spread the chocolate chips evenly onto cookie mixture with a rubber spatula.
  • Cool in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, beat together powdered sugar, remaining peanut butter and milk until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency. Spread the powdered sugar mixture over cooled cookie and chocolate bars in pan. Cut into bars.

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375^. Line a 13x9-inch baking dish with foil; spray foil with non-stick butter spray. Set aside.
  • 2. Cookie Layer: In a medium saucepan, stir brown, sugar, butter and corn syrup over medium heat until combined. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla; stir until smooth. Place oats in a large bowl. Pour the brown sugar mixture over oats; stir well to combine. Press oat mixture onto the bottom of the prepared dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden. Let this layer cook for about 15 minutes on a wire rack.
  • 3. Candy Bar Layer: In the same saucepan; stir all the chips and peanut butter over low heat until melted and smooth. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the oatmeal base. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanuts; spreading evenly. Topping: Sprinkle all the chips and peanuts evenly over the top; press lightly into the chocolate layer.Chill until firm; cut in pieces.Very rich so cut them small. Enjoy all you peanut butter lovers!

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In one 13x9 inch baking dish, melt the butter. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the melted butter . Top with the coconut, then the sweetened condensed milk and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • In a saucepan over low heat melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Stir until creamy and pour over the baked bars. Let cool thoroughly then cut into bars. Garnish with more flaked coconut. Store bars in an airtight container.
