TROPICAL CHEESE APPETIZER SPREAD

Dried tropical fruits and smoked almonds add color and texture to this Cheddar and Neufchatel cheese appetizer spread.

Steps:

  • Mix first 2 ingredients until blended. Add fruit and half the nuts; mix well.
  • Place in serving bowl; sprinkle with remaining nuts.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.

TROPICAL CREAM CHEESE SPREAD

This is great on banana breads, or any sweet bread, bagels, or toast. You can also eat it on graham crackers and fruit. I also like it smeared on those little butter cookies.
