Truth Serum Margaritas Recipes

Steps:

• Rub the rim of 4 rocks glasses with lime; dip in coarse salt. Fill three-quarters of the way with ice. Combine 1 cup tequila, 2/3 cup fresh lime juice, 1/3 cup orange-flavored liqueur and 2 teaspoons superfine sugar in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, then pour into the glasses. Garnish with lime.

Steps:

• Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge. Sprinkle salt onto a plate. Lightly dip the moistened rim into the salt. Place a large ice cube in the glass and freeze the prepared glass until ready to serve.
• Fill a cocktail shaker with fresh ice. Add tequila, triple sec, and lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously until outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a slice of lime.

Steps:

• Mix limeade, lime juice, tequila and triple sec in a pitcher and refrigerate.
• Serve in salted glasses with plenty of ice--skip the blender, just serve on the rocks.
• Garnish with lime wedge& a splash of Grand Marnier.

Steps:

• Mix the lime juice, tequila and, water agave syrup in a measuring cup. Stir until the syrup is fully incorporated with the liquids.
• Take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of a glass; dip the glass into the salt/sugar mixture; take any excess salt/sugar off rim to make it look pretty!
• Fill the glass just halfway with margarita mix, fill the glass the rest of the way with ice cubes and stir.
• Pour a small "dollop" of orange liqueur on top of the ice (about 2 teaspoons).
• Add a lime wedge and serve!
• Make the concoction to suit your taste by adding more agave syrup (if you like it sweeter) or lime juice (for a more sour flavor).
