ULTIMATE CHEESE PLATTER
Steps:
- Arrange the fig leaves in a single layer on a 16- to 18-inch diameter round board or platter.
- Place the grapes in the center of the board. Arrange the cheeses on the board around the grapes, cut sides facing out.
- Nestle the strawberries between two of the cheeses to create a block of color. Nestle the apricots between two of the cheeses, also creating a block of color. Transfer the fig jam to a bowl and place it on the board. Arrange the crackers on the board around the cheeses. If using, place the fig ball on the board, cut sides up.
ULTIMATE GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly butter 1 side of each bread slice. Place 2 bread slices, buttered side down, on work surface. Top each with 2 prosciutto slices, then 4 basil leaves, then 4 cheese slices. Sprinkle with salt and crushed red pepper. Top with remaining 2 bread slices, buttered side up. Heat olive oil in heavy large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add sandwiches to skillet and cook until golden on bottom, about 4 minutes. Turn sandwiches over; transfer skillet to oven and bake until golden and cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Carefully lift off top bread slices from sandwiches and insert 3 tomato slices into each, then cover with bread tops and serve.

This is one of my favorite party dips. It's the creamiest cheese spread I have ever had, and it's so easy to make! Goes perfect with crackers are small pretzel twists.

Such an easy spread to make. Excellent for rolls, burgers, even steak. Probably not too healthy, but awesome. I have no idea how much this makes, but there usually insn't a whole lot left at my house.

I love THIS cheesecake! I love cheesecake period!! This is especially good with the fresh fruit and jam...Everyone thinks I bought it at the bakery, it's so beautiful...good too! The credit is not mine; it came to me via a recipe card...hence the picture.

Steps:
- Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
- Add melted butter; stir to combine.
- Press crumb mixture into a 9-inch spring pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- Filling: In a large bowl, using an electric mixer (med. speed) beat cream cheese for 2 minutes.
- Add sugar, gradually add flour and mix well.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Add sour cream, lemon zest and vanilla.
- Pour into crust.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Remove cake from oven and cool 15 minutes.
- Topping: Beat egg white with sugar until soft peaks appear.
- Fold in sour cream; spread on top of cake.
- Return cake to oven; bake until topping is set, (not brown) approx.
- 20 minutes.
- Turn off oven; with door open continue to let the cheesecake cook for another hour.
- Cool completely.
- Place preserves in microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds until thin and spreadable.
- Spoon preserves onto each 1/2 of the design (Ying/Yang) with the back of the spoon spread and fill each section.
- Arrange fruit ontop; chill and Serve!
