Vegan Tofu Pound Cake Recipes
VEGAN TOFU POUND CAKE
I love pound cakes, but I don't like all the eggs and dairy you have to put in them to make them turn out right. I found this recipe on A Vegan For Dinner site and I'm going to give it a try. This should be delicious with a fruit compote.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350'F.
- Add dry to wet ingredients and combine to make a nice smooth batter.
- Bake in a greased loaf pan for about 50 minutes.
- Cool and remove from pan.
- Slice and serve with your favorite fruit compote.
- Bon Appetit!

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and generously grease a 10-12 cup tube or bundt pan. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the vegan butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the blended tofu and vanilla extract, and beat until combined. The mixture may be lumpy.
- Add in about a third of the flour mixture, and beat to combine. Then add in about half the almond milk, and stir to combine. Repeat until you've used all of the flour mixture and milk. Beat for several more minutes until the batter is smooth.
