VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAROB FARINA NUT COOKIES
Scrumptious cookies that marry traditional chocolate chip, Greek Fenekias and middle eastern Mammouls. The whole wheat flour is a nice alternative to all-purpose and the farina adds lots of iron! *This recipe was adapted from Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Nut Cookies by [email protected] at www.vegweb.com.

VEGAN CHOCOLATE COOKIES
Many of the ingredients used here are staples of the vegan pantry: Coconut oil adds body, and tapioca flour and xanthan gum mimic the thickening qualities of eggs.

VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
We adore these vegan cookies for several reasons, including their golden-brown edges, soft centers and generous portion of dairy-free chocolate chips in each. Vegan brown sugar and a touch of vegan molasses are included for a hint of caramel-like flavor in each bite. Also good: The cookie dough can be baked immediately, no refrigeration or chilling required first, making these treats as convenient to make as they are delicious to eat.

VEGAN OATMEAL CAROB COOKIES
These cookies have a chocolatey taste, and are rich in fiber. They are quite moist and very filling. These cookies have a subtle sweetness to them, making them sweet, yet not too sweet.
