Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine waffle mix, rosemary, egg, oil, and milk. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour about ½ cup (60 g) of the batter into the waffle iron (amount may vary based on the size of the waffle iron). Cook until the waffle is golden brown.
  • Add slices of cheese on half of the waffle. Carefully, fold the other half on top and close the lid. Cook until the cheese is melted.
  • Enjoy!

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl stir together the flour, sugar, basil, baking powder, and salt. Add egg, milk, shredded cheese, and oil. Stir just until moistened. Add batter to a preheated, lightly greased waffle iron and bake according to manufacturer's directions. When done, use a fork to lift waffle off waffle iron. Repeat with remaining batter. You should have 8 4-inch waffles.
  • For each sandwich, spread waffles with mustard. Layer ham, sliced cheese, and arugula on half of the waffles. Top with remaining waffles, spread side down.
  • Heat a griddle or 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add butter until melted. Add sandwiches. Cook for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted, turning once.

Steps:

  • Heat waffle iron. In medium bowl, mix Waffle ingredients until combined. Pour half of batter at a time into waffle iron, and cook according to manufacturer's directions.
  • In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat.
  • Cut waffles in half. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard; spread on 1 side of each waffle. Top 2 of the waffles with bacon and cheeses. Top with other 2 waffles, and place in hot skillet. Cook about 5 minutes on each side or until golden. Serve immediately.
