MICROWAVE SPICED NUTS
This is a great candied nut recipe I stole from my mom. She likes walnuts, I like pecans. It's dead easy and my wife says she needs to leave the house when I make them, so she won't eat them all! Try experimenting with the spices, maybe clove or allspice!

MICROWAVE PEANUT BRITTLE
I had this recipe years ago and managed to lose it, but found a friend at work that had it and I am back in the brittle business. It is extremely easy and quick to make. Since most people have the ingredients in their pantry and freezers, it is a recipe that can be made up in a few minutes if unexpected guest show up.

These are a favorite to make and use on a fresh green salad. Be sure to make extra because they are addictive. You could also use pecans instead of walnuts if you want.
