WICKED TUNA
I was looking for my usual tuna casserole receipe and could'nt find it. I combined a couple of receipes together. It was delicious. This turned out better than the receipe I was looking for!

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In fry pan, saute celery, onion, and garlic. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Combine drained tuna, mushroom soup, and evaporated milk (saving 1 cup of cheese, the butter, and the Ritz crackers to top the casserole.)
- When pasta is cooked, add to tuna mixture. Add 3 dashes of tabasco sauce.
- When all ingredients are combined, place in a sprayed 9x13 pan. Crunch up the Ritz crackers and put in melted butter. Place on top of the tuna. Add the reserved 1 cup of cheese on top of the cracker mixture.
- Bake in oven for approximately 30-35 minutes.
