Steps:

• In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved; set aside to cool., Place the kiwi, mint and sugar syrup in a blender; cover and process until blended. • Trace outline of small hand on piece of paper. Cut out pattern, then place on top of cherry gelatin. Cut around the pattern with small sharp knife. Carefully pull hand away from pan. Place hand in punch bowl, allowing the fingers to hang over side of bowl. Arrange the eyeballs around inside edge of punch bowl. Gradually pour in prepared drink. Serve immediately.
