WONDERBREAD CHICKEN CASSEROLE
This lasagna recipe was one that we tried during The holidays about 3 years ago, and it was so delicious and easy to prepare, that we have it often. You have to try it before you crinkle your nose. Trust me. It's "wonder" full!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Make your gravy by combining milk, flour, chicken stock and pepper and simmering on stovetop until thick and bubbly.
- In a pan on the stovetop, fry the onions & tomatoes in a drop or two of oil and lightly simmer for about 7 or 8 minutes.
- Add the cumin, black pepper, and cinnamon, as well as the chicken and chopped olives and the dill to the stovetop mixture.
- Set mixture aside to cool slightly.
- Remove the crusts from the entire loaf of white bread.
- Spread each piece with mayonnaise,liberally.
- Lay the first layer of bread face down (so mayo is touching glass) in a glass baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread mayonaise on top of that first layer of bread and spread chicken mixture ontop of that.
- Put another layer of bread, mayo face down on the chicken mixture.
- Spread mayonnaise on top of that layer of bread.
- Pour the flour gravy over top and spread out to evenly cover the entire casserole.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the casserole is browned and bubbly.

WONDERFUL CHICKEN CASSEROLE
I grew up eating this recipe and then when I began my career and was helping people learn to cook I use this recipe. It is so easy to make and everyone I make it for asks for the recipe! Enjoy!!

Steps:
- Place chicken breasts in large pot covered with water, bring this to a boil over high and cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Drain chicken, and finely chop chicken into small bite size pieces. Place in a large bowl and mix in the sour cream, chicken broth and cream of chicken. Mix until combined.
- In a second bowl melt the 1/4 cup butter, then mix in the Petridge Farms stuffing until moist.
- In a 3-5 quart casserole dish layer the two bowls. First a layer of chicken mixture, then a layer of stuffing, repeat and end with stuffing.
- Bake at 350 for 1-1.5 hours. If the top of the crumb layer is browning you can cover the casserole for the remaining time. Since everything is precooked, the goal of cooking is to have the dish heated through, and let the flavors combine.

- Arrange chicken in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large pot, boil the chicken until tender. Cut the breasts into cubes or small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the water chestnuts, onion, soup, most of the crushed corn flakes and mayonnaise. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the crushed corn flakes on top of the mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Using pantry items plus a couple of fresh items, you can create a cheesy, comforting casserole your whole family will love. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.

Super comfort food, but kinda healthy because it has broccoli in it, right? My grandmother passed this chicken and Cheddar recipe down and it is a family favorite. After the first time I made it, I went on a casserole kick and made it twice a week for 3 months straight! I typically serve this over rice, but it is just as great by itself. Last time I didn't make rice, but served it with bread.
