Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef with onion until beef is brown. Drain. Combine beef mixture with spaghetti sauce, pepperoni and cooked pasta and pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.

WEIGHT WATCHER'S DEEP-DISH PIZZA CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Cook meat in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring until it crumbles. Drain, if necessary, and return to skillet. Add tomatoes, and cook until heated through.
- While meat cooks, coat a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough, and press into bottom and halfway up sides of the baking dish. Top the pizza crust with meat mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 12 minutes. Top with cheese, and bake 5 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 servings. Each serving is 6 Weight Watcher's points.
- Serve with a salad mixed field greens and a fat-free or low-fat vinaigrette.

This is out of one of my old weight watchers cookbooks called "Two's Company". It is excellent! Easy and quick to fix and only has 8 points for 1 1/4 cups plus cheese. Hope you enjoy! Happy eating!

Steps:
- Cook meat in a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
- Drain and return meat to skillet.

PITA PIZZA POCKET- WEIGHT WATCHERS (WW) 4PTS!!
This recipe is 4 pts. Please remember to not go off of stats on recipezaar because you have to choose the right ingredients to make it. Here is a break down... Pita- 1 pt : Salad pita pocket Pepperoni- 1 pt : 5 slices (if you want less pts, use turkey, I didn't. I don't like it.) Cheese- 1 pt : fat free mozerella Sauce- Ragu has the least amt of calories and fat that I have found use whatever vegetable toppings you want. I listed what I used below. When you add everything up and put it into ww calculations it comes up with 4 pts. (I guess everything else gets you one more pt.)

- Preheat oven to 350 (I used toaster oven, temperature in other ovens may vary).
- Put sauce in Pita Salad Pocket. Try to get it all on the inside.
- Place all ingredients/toppings remaining, making sure to top with cheese.
- **hint. I used a separate piece of alumunim foil to slightly prop up the open side so all the cheese didn't run out while baking it.
- Bake at 350 around 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- ** I have made with onions, green peppers as well. You can add crushed red pepper or jalapenos if you like pizza hot.

- Coat a large nonstick pan with cooking spray. Warm pan over medium heat. Add onions and reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion browns and become very fragrant.
- Meanwhile, prepare pizza crust for baking according to package directions. Mince tomatoes and crumble cheese. Tear spinach into pieces. Preheat oven to 425.
- Spread caramelized onions on pizza crust and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and add tomatoes, spinach, and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 3 more minutes. Season with pepper and serve.

Steps:
- Drain clams, reserving juice.
- Set clams and juice aside.
- Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add garlic; saute' 2 minutes or until golden (do not allow to burn or garlic will be bitter).
- Add reserved clam juice, bottled clam juice, basil, and crushed red pepper flakes; bring mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes.
- Add clams and lemon juice; cook 3 minutes or until clams are thoroughly heated.
- Combine pasta and clam sauce in a large bowl.
- Add chopped parsley, lemon rind, salt, and pepper; toss well.
- Spoon 1 cup pasta into each of 6 individual shallow bowls, dividing clam sauce evenly.
- Sprinkle 2 tsp Parmesan cheese over each serving.

- The first step is to prepare the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions, drain, rinse and shake well to remove excess water. Place the spaghetti in a large bowl and toss with the egg and 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) of the Parmesan cheese. Press the spaghetti onto the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate and set aside.
- Next prepare the meat sauce. Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and place it over medium high heat. Add the beef and mushrooms, if using, and cook until the beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes or so. Add the marinara sauce and oregano. Stir it to mix it with the meat and cook 2 to 3 minutes, then remove from the heat.
- Then assemble the pizza pasta pie. Stir the ricotta well to loosen it and then and spoon it onto the spaghetti crust, spreading it out evenly. Spoon the meat sauce over the ricotta layer. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese.
