Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cereal, corn chips, peanuts and oats. Combine butter and honey; drizzle over cereal mixture. Sprinkle with chili powder, onion salt and oregano; toss to coat. , Spread in a single layer in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes, stirring once. Cool. Store in an airtight container.

Zesty Citrus Snack Mix image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Remove skins from garbanzo beans; discard. Toss garbanzo beans with oil and salt; spread in a single layer in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. pan. Bake until very crunchy, 30-35 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; cool completely., Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, orange and lime zest, soy sauce and seasonings. Add pita squares, pretzels, cashews and almonds; toss to coat. Spread evenly into 2 foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake until dry and crisp, 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garbanzo beans to pita mixture. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
