ZESTY ITALIAN DINNER
Mamma mia! Hamburger Helper® dinner mix makes quick work of a hearty Italian skillet dish accented with three cheeses.

Steps:
- Cook beef and garlic in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
- Rinse beans with cold water to separate. Stir hot water, uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix and beans into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender. Remove from heat and uncover; stir in cottage cheese. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top; cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
