Steps:
- 1. cut stew beef into bite sz pieces , set aside
- 2. take dry mixes and put in crock pot, add beef broth and water, mix w/ whisk to blend well .
- 3. add veggies of choice and stew beef , turn crock pot on low and cook 6-8 hrs , can make thickening and add if feel necessary , put on high to cook thickening into stew .
