This is a nice snack or a after dinner dessert that not to high in calories but great in taste... What makes is so good you can make it easy and for get it for a couple of hours and the flavors blend so well..

Apple and Kiwi Salad image

Steps:

  • 1. Whisk together first 2 ingredients in a med bowl. Add apples and kiwi; toss gently. Serve immediately, or cover and chilled until ready to serve.

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp coconut flakes
1 Tbsp honey
2 c sliced red apple gala ( about 2 apples)
1 3/4 c sliced kiwi
