Steps:
- Heat 1 inch salted water in medium pot, bring to boil.
- Add asparagus and onion.
- Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
- Simmer uncovered 3 minutes.
- Cover and simmer about 4 minutes longer or until tender-crisp; drain.
- Set aside.
- Heat sour cream and curry powder in same saucepan, stirring constantly,until warm;fold into asparagus.
- Sprinkle with peanuts.

Steps:
- Chop asparagus, carrots and potato into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Take a non-stick pan and put it on medium flame.
- Add oil and other seasonings like mustard seeds and jeera and curry leaves.
- Now add carrots and potatoes first.
- Add turmeric and mix them all properly and close the lid.
- After few minutes stir by adding salt and put the lid on again for a minute.
- Add chopped asparagus and stir them all and close the lid to allow them cook.
- After a few minutes check if all ingredients are cooked.
- Then reduce stove to low and add roasted chana dal powder and dry coconut powder and chili powder.
- Stir them all and close lid for a few minutes and switch off the stove.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Goes well with rice, Chapathi, Dosa.
- Also can use this in sandwiches and is very healthy.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- On baking sheet, drizzle oil over trimmed asparagus. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Toss together to evenly distribute oil and seasoning. Roast in oven for 8 to 10 minutes depending on the size of the asparagus. While asparagus is roasting, prepare mayonnaise.
- Process 2 tablespoons of cashews in a blender until finely ground. In a small bowl, stir to combine ground cashews, mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, and salt. Set aside.
- To serve, divide asparagus among 4 plates and top with a dollop of mayonnaise mixture. Garnish with a few chopped cashews.

Steps:
- 1) Prepare toppings first. Cook chicken in 1 tablespoon of the olive oil for about 4 minutes on medium high heat, stirring after 2 minutes. Add curry and cook on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
- 2) Cook mushrooms, garlic and asparagus in 1 tablespoon of olive oil for about 5 minutes at medium heat (asparagus doesn't smell so good being sauteed like this - don't worry: it tastes good on the pizza).
- 3) Prepare a 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet. Grease with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and use a sifter to spread the corn meal over it.
- 4) Prepare crust. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add spices, salt, sugar and 2 teaspoons of olive oil, followed by flour. Let stand for 5 minutes. Flour hands and knead dough for a few minutes and then spread over prepared cookie sheet (I like to use a rolling pin to make the dough even).
- 5) Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil over crust followed by the tomato paste. Distribute cheese evenly.
- 6) Distribute mushroom, garlic and asparagus mixture evenly followed by curry chicken pieces.
- 7) Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees F.

- In a large wok or skillet, heat 1/2 cup coconut milk over medium-high, stirring, until shiny and thick, 2 minutes. Add curry paste and cook, stirring, until fragrant, 1 minute. Add remaining coconut milk, broth, fish sauce, and brown sugar and bring to a simmer. Add bell pepper and cook until softened, 2 minutes. Add asparagus and cook until crisp-tender, 3 minutes. - Trim crusts from bread, and flatten slightly with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, stir blue and cream cheeses together with the egg until well blended and creamy. Spread a thin layer of cheese mixture over each slice of bread. Roll one asparagus spear inside each, and fasten with a toothpick.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan. Roll each asparagus wrap in butter to coat. Place on a baking sheet small enough to fit into the freezer, and freeze for one hour, or until butter hardens and wraps are somewhat firm. Remove pan from freezer, discard toothpicks, and cut each wrap in half crosswise. Store in a resealable plastic bag in the freezer until ready to use.
- To serve, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
- Arrange frozen asparagus wraps on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Check occasionally, and turn if necessary, for even browning and to prevent burning. Enjoy!

- Bring 4 1/2 cups water, sliced leeks, and 3/4 teaspoon curry powder to boil in medium pot over medium-high heat. Boil 5 minutes. Add asparagus. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer until asparagus is tender, about 15 minutes. Cool slightly. Set aside 2 tablespoons crème fraîche; stir remaining crème fraîche, 4 tablespoons chopped dill, and 3/4 teaspoon curry powder into soup. Puree in batches in blender until smooth. - Cut asparagus into 1-in. pieces; set tips aside. Place the remaining asparagus in a saucepan; add broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 40-45 minutes. Cool slightly. , Process in batches in a blender or food processor until smooth; set aside. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the asparagus tips; cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
