Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, blue cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Transfer to a separate bowl that has been lined with plastic wrap. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • The next day, gather the cream cheese mixture into a ball. Spread the walnuts out on a dinner plate. Roll the cheese ball in nuts until coated. Refrigerate or serve immediately.

Steps:

  • Soften the cream cheese for 30 seconds in the microwave.
  • Knead in the Ranch mix thouroughly.
  • Roll into a ball and put in the fridge on a plate to firm up.
  • Drop into a large ziplock bag of pecan bits and roll around to coat the outside before serving with whatever crackers you like.

Steps:

  • Blend cheese and flour together. Add butter and mix thoroughly into dough. Mold 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive. Place olive balls on ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with paprika. Chill for one hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/4 cups flour

36 small stuffed green olives
1 dash paprika

  • Mix all ingredients except 1 1/2 c chopped pecans with mixer till throughly combined.
  • Form into two medium balls or one large ball. Wrap in plastic wrap or wax paper and refrigerate till hardened (about 1 hour or so).
  • Remove from fridge and undo wrap and roll in remaining crushed pecans.
