TOMATO BASIL TORTELLINI SOUP
When my husband and kids tried this soup, they all had to have seconds. Now they're happy anytime I put it on the table. Sometimes I include cooked, crumbled bacon and serve it with mozzarella cheese. -Christina Addison, Blanchester, Ohio

BASIL TORTELLINI SOUP
I keep these ingredients on hand for a delicious, colorful and quick meal. I serve it with a loaf of crusty bread. It's also good warmed up the next day-if there's any left. -Jayne Dwyer-Reff, Fort Wayne, Indiana

TORTELLINI BASIL SOUP
This is a great soup that you can throw together on a night when you don't really feel like cooking. You can leave out the tomatoes if you want and you can also substitute the fresh basil for a little bit of dried basil to taste. I imagine you could add some cooked chicken too if you wanted. Don't put the cheese on top until right before you eat it otherwise the cheese will get soggy. I hope you enjoy this and let me know what you think!
