- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine potatoes and water. Cover and microwave on high until tender, 6-8 minutes; drain and set aside. For glaze, combine the honey, mustard and orange zest in a small bowl., On 8 metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread the sausage, potatoes, yellow squash and zucchini; brush with half of the glaze. , On a lightly oiled grill rack, grill kabobs, uncovered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat until vegetables are tender and sausage is heated through, 10-16 minutes, basting frequently with glaze.

- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Combine Italian seasoning, basil, paprika, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Add olive oil and stir marinade well. Add squash, zucchini, onions, and tomatoes and let marinate for 5 minutes.
- Slide vegetables onto wooden or metal skewers, alternating the different types as you go.
- Cook skewers on the bottom rack of the preheated grill, turning every 2 minutes, until vegetables are tender, 6 to 8 minutes total.

- Place the first 5 ingredients in a blender; if desired, add pepper sauce. Cover and process until blended., Cut peppers lengthwise in half; remove seeds. Cut eggplant lengthwise into 1/2-in.-thick slices. Cut zucchini and yellow squash lengthwise into quarters. Place all vegetables in a large bowl; drizzle with 1/2 cup of the sauce and toss to coat., Place vegetables on a greased grill rack. - Mix pizza sauce, basil, and oil; reserve.
- Cook sausage pieces in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until partially cooked; drain.
- Thread sausage, zucchini and bell pepper pieces alternately on each of six 15-inch metal skewers, leaving space between each.
- Place olive on tip of each skewer.
- Cover and grill kabobs 5 to 6 inches from medium coals 20 to 25 minutes, turning and brushing 2 to 3 times with pizza sauce mixture, until sausage is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Heat remaining pizza sauce mixture to boiling; serve with kabobs.

- Remove the husks and silk from the corn. Place the corn in a large bowl. Cover with cold water and soak for 20 minutes. If using wooden skewers, now is a good time to soak them in water.
- While the corn soaks, preheat your grill to medium-high (400-450℉). Cut each sausage link into thirds. Set aside. Cut each zucchini into 2’’ round pieces.
- Remove the corn from water and pat dry. Carefully slice each whole corn into thirds. Place the corn and zucchini in a large bowl. Drizzle the veggies with olive oil. Sprinkle the BBQ rub, salt (if using), and pepper on top, tossing to coat the veggies thoroughly.
- Carefully thread one sausage (3 pieces), two pieces of corn, and 2-3 pieces of zucchini in alternating patterns onto each skewer. You should be able to fill 6 skewers.
