Steps:

  • In a saucepan put the butter, saute minced garlic, follow him with agave syrup and let everything blended. Then you add the vinegar and soy broth. Be careful not to burn, you can heat about 20 minutes over low heat stirring to take a darker color.
  • Stir in the tomato paste, pepper and garlic powder and let it cook about 10 min until it becomes thicker try and in case add more salt with soy sauce, if you think is acid add more agave syrup and if you think it is so sweet you can put more vinegar and broth.
  • Already with the Salsa list, put the ribs in a baking dish (you can cut here or the end) cover them with sauce and bake for 10 minutes you can to 200 degrees or you can cook on the grill to take a smoky flavor.
  • Doing them with honey instead of sugar lowers the calories in the recipe but not mean they do not get fat.
  • I hope you like it.

Steps:

  • Tip the ribs into a big bowl (not a metal one) and throw in the spring onions, chilli and garlic. Now spoon all the remaining ingredients over the ribs and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Get your hands in the bowl and turn the ribs over and over again until they're coated in the sauce. (You can keep the ribs uncooked - tightly covered - in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also freeze them for several months.)
  • Cook the ribs over a moderate barbecue for 20-30 minutes depending on their size, turning them over frequently and brushing with sauce each time. The turning and brushing is important, so that all four sides of each rib get encrusted with the sauce, which builds up like a lacquer. If you have any leftover sauce at the end, heat it up in a pan and pour it over the ribs just before serving.

  • Remove the membrane from the back of each rack, and trim the ribs of excess fat. Brush meat side of each rack with yellow mustard, then rub liberally with barbecue rub on both sides.
  • Fire up smoker or grill to 225 degrees, adding chunks of smoking wood when at temperature. When the wood is ignited and producing smoke, place the ribs in the smoker or grill, meat side up. Smoke until ribs darken to a deep mahogany, about 3 hours, misting with apple juice in a squirt bottle every hour.
  • Wrap each rack, meat side up, in extra-large heavy duty aluminum foil, leaving an opening on one end of foil. Pour 1/2 cup of apple juice in each foil pack through opening, seal, and place back on smoker or grill for 1 hour.
  • Remove ribs from foil and place ribs back in smoker and continue to cook until ribs have a slight bend when lifted from one end, 1 to 2 hours more, squirting with apple juice every hour. Remove ribs from smoker or grill, wrap in foil, and place in an empty cooler to keep warm while preparing the grill.
