Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well to coat the shrimp. Place in a large shallow dish and refrigerate. Let marinate for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Heat oven broiler. Drain shrimp. Thread shrimp through neck and tail onto six 14-inch skewers so that shrimp will lie flat. Place skewers on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan.
- Broil 5 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Turn skewers and broil for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink. Serve warm with cold beer.

- Preheat a grill to medium high. Stack 2 large sheets of heavy-duty foil; spread the potatoes and onion wedges in the center. Fold up the sides to form a bowl shape. Dot the vegetables with2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt; pour in about two-thirds of the beer. Lay another large sheet of foil on top; crimp the edges to seal. Set the foil packet on the grill; cover and cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile, stack 2 more large sheets of foil and spread the shrimp in the center. Fold up the sides to form a bowl shape. Dot the shrimp with the remaining 1 tablespoon butter, sprinkle with the Old Bay and pour in the remaining beer. Top with another sheet of foil; crimp the edges to seal. When the vegetables are almost done, add the shrimp foil packet to the grill; cover and cook until the shrimp are pink, 6 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle the vegetables with the parsley, and salt to taste. Serve with the shrimp and the cooking liquid from the packets.

PAULA DEEN'S BEER BATTERED SHRIMP
I found this recipe on Food Network's website and couldn't believe it wasn't on Zaar! This is a super simple fried shrimp recipe from Paula Deen. I tried this on my shrimp the other night and it was delicious. I also fried some chicken tenders in the batter and they were delicious as well. Make sure you let the beer/flour mixture sit for a few hours before using it.

- Preheat a fryer or a deep pot halfway filled with oil to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine the beer, flour, and salt, and allow to sit at room temperature for several hours.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and dip the shrimp in the batter and fry for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
- Drain shrimp on paper towels.

- Stir together rémoulade ingredients in a bowl and chill, covered, 1 hour.
- Steam shrimp:
- Toss shrimp with lemon, onion, celery, bay leaves, Old Bay, and salt in a large bowl, then marinate, covered, at room temperature 15 minutes.
- Bring beer and vinegar to a boil in large nonreactive pot. Transfer shrimp with marinade to steamer/colander insert and steam over liquid, covered, 3 minutes.
- Stir shrimp, then continue to steam, stirring again if necessary, until just cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes more.
