PUDDING SPARKLE COOKIES
Ever wonder what to do with that one box of instant pudding that's been sitting in your pantry for months? Try this easy and yummy recipe! The picture shows vanilla with clear sugar sparkles. I have used chocolate flavor as well, but the one I've had the most compliments on is pistachio. You can get really creative with using different colors of sugar, too!

BISQUICK CHOCOLATE PUDDING
I made this recipe ALL OF THE TIME when I was first married. I think it came from a Bisquick cookbook. It's economical and has a rich smooth taste. I always served it with a dollop of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon for garnish.

Steps:
- 1. Combine the baking mix, sugar and cocoa in a large saucepan, breaking up large clumps of baking mix. It's ok if some clumps remain.
- 2. Gradually add water and milk, stirring constantly.
- 3. Place over medium high heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
- 4. Boil and stir for one minute.
- 5. Refrigerate, put plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding while chilling to prevent film from forming.
- 6. Serve garnished with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired.

- Bisquick Brownies. Using Bisquick for brownies and cakes makes total sense when you think about it. It has all the basics and can save you from having to measure everything out separately.
- Bisquick Coffee Cake Recipe. Coffee cake is such an excellent pairing for a good cup of coffee. It’s not overly sweet, and the crunchy top makes for a beautiful texture change.
- Bisquick Velvet Crumb Cake. This simple cake recipe is light and tender with a sweet and crunchy top. The vanilla cake comes together in a matter of minutes, all in one bowl.
- Easy Chocolate Pudding Cake. Controversial opinion: I prefer a warm cake with some sauce over a slice of cake with frosting. The best thing about this recipe is that it’s self-saucing.
- Impossible Chocolate Brownie Pie. Not only is this recipe easy, but it’s a lighter version of what you may have eaten before. Using applesauce to lock in moisture and heart-healthy Bisquick helps to cut down on the calories, but not the flavor.
