FLUFFY BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE DESSERT (NO-BAKE)
This can also be made in a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate, plan ahead there is a 4 hour chilling time for this dessert --- I make this using my recipe#159429 that is completely cooled, but canned pie filling will do fine, if you prefer a thicker layer of blueberry filling then use two cans pie filling, one for the top of the crust and one for the top of the dessert :)

Steps:
- Prepare a 9 x 9-inch pan.
- To make the crust; in a bowl combine the graham crumbs with sugar and cinnamon, then add in melted butter; mix well to combine.
- Pat into bottom of the pan.
- Chill for about 25-30 minutes (or until the crust is completely cold).
- After the crust has chilled spread 1 can of the blueberry pie filling over the crust.
- In a bowl beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and well combined.
- Add in half and half cream and the pudding mix; beat until well blended.
- Using a spatula fold in HALF container thawed Cool Whip topping, then carefully spread the mixture over the blueberry pie filling in the pan.
- Chill for 4 hours.
- Before serving spread the remaining can blueberry pie filling over the top.
- If desired you may spread or dollup the remaining half container Cool Whip over the top but this is only optional.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Beat cake mix with 1 cup water, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth; pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 23 to 28 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack. Slice cake in half horizontally to make 2 layers.
- Combine white sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan; gradually stir in 1/3 cup water. Add blueberries and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 1 minute. Allow blueberry mixture to cool.

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- Mix flour, pecans, and margarine in a bowl. Press dough into a 9x13-inch baking dish to form a crust.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, stir together cake mix, pudding mix and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in water, oil, eggs and cream cheese. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Stir in the blueberries. Pour batter into prepared pan.

- To dry blueberries:.
- Toss 1-2 cups of blueberries with lemon juice, then spread on waxed paper.
- Make a small cut or hole in each blueberry and let dry for 1 day (until roughly the consistency of fresh raisins).
- Line a 9x9 pan with aluminium foil and set aside.
- Heat milk at medium setting until warm then add sugar.
- Bring to a rolling boil while stirring constantly with wooden spoon.
- Add the marshmallow creme and butter.
- Bring back to a rolling boil for 5 1/2 minutes by the clock (start timing once the boil resumes).
- Add the cream cheese to the boiling mixture about 1 minute before the end of the boil.
- If you get brown flakes in the mixture turn down the heat a little.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla chips and blueberries.
- Stir until creamy and all chips are melted.
- Stir in vanilla extract and butter flavor.
- Mix thoroughly and pour into prepared pan.
- Cool.
- Remove from pan, remove foil and cut into squares.

- LINE 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; set aside.
- Microwave chocolate and milk in large microwavaeble bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Add almonds, blueberries and orange peel; stir until well blended.
- SPREAD chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- LIFT fudge from pan, using foil handles. Cut into 48 pieces. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. (Do not freeze.).

- Place parchment paper or foil in a 9-inch pan with over hang to use as handles.
- In a large sauce pan, combine the butter, sugar, evaporated milk and marshmallows and bring to a rolling boil over medium heat.
- Do not turn your back, stir constantly. Boil for 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees. Keep stirring!
- Remove from heat and stir in the cream cheese and white chocolate chips until it is melted and smooth.
- Add the dried blueberries and vanilla extract and stir well.
- Pour into the prepared pan and let cool to room temperature.
- Sprinkle with white or yellow cake crumbs before the fudge sets.
- When it is firm enough, cut into squares and serve.
