- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour one large loaf pan or four mini loaf pans. Set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, cream softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and egg. Set filling aside.
- 3. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes). Add salt and vanilla extract. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Fold in half of dry ingredients into butter-sugar mixture, then add milk, and finally the remainder of dry ingredients. Toss blueberries in tablespoon of flour and fold into batter. Your batter will be thick.
- 4. Spread half of batter into the bottom of prepared loaf pan(s). Using a spatula, spread cream cheese filling on top. Spread the remainder of batter over cream cheese and bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes (for mini loaf pans) or 50-55 minutes (for large loaf pan). Allow to cool in pan for at least 20 minutes before removing. Wrap leftover bread in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.

- In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat brown sugar and butter on high for 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved; set aside. , Flatten each biscuit into a 3-in. circle. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon in the center of each biscuit. Top with a cream cheese cube. Fold dough over filling; pinch edges to seal tightly., Sprinkle 1/2 cup walnuts into a greased 10-in. fluted tube pan. Layer with half of the biscuits, cinnamon-sugar and butter mixture and 1/2 cup walnuts. Repeat layers., Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately invert onto a serving platter. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray an 11-inch spring-form pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- Place all berries, cream cheese, and 1 tablespoon of sugar into the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth (about 1 - 2minutes).
- Lightly flour a surface, and roll out both pieces of Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza Dough, side by side.
- Spread both dough pieces evenly with the cream cheese mixture, leaving a 2-inch border of dough around the cream cheese.
- Roll up both dough sections into a log -- jelly-roll style.
- Trim off the ends of each roll to make them neat, and then,
- Cut each roll into 15 1-inch pieces.8. Place each piece of dough into prepared round or bundt pan, placing them side-by-side in concentric circles until entire pan is filled.
- Sprinkle dough with remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar and bake for 35 minutes or until bread is lightly golden.
- Serve immediately.
