- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Cut biscuits into quarters; place in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 to 30 min. or until golden brown. Cool in pan 10 min. Invert pan onto serving plate; remove pan. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Thoroughly grease a 10 x 4 inch tube pan.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon. Cut biscuits in quarters, then roll each piece in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Arrange about 1/4 of the biscuit pieces and blueberries in an even layer in pan.
- Place blueberries between biscuit pieces, creating a mosaic effect. Repeat three times with remaining biscuits and blueberries, covering blueberries of one layer with biscuits in next layer to avoid a column of blueberries.
- In saucepan combine sugar, margarine, vanilla, cinnamon, and the additional cup of blueberries. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cook, stirring frequently until sugar is dissolved and margarine is melted. Pour over biscuits in pan.
- Bake for 65 minutes or until done. Lift or turn out onto a cake plate.

- Preheat oven to 350~.
- Thoroughly grease a 10 X 4 inch tube pan.
- Mix 2/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon and set aside.
- Cut biscuits in quarters and roll each piece in sugar mixture.
- Arrange about 1/2 of the sugared biscuit pieces and 1/4 cup of the blueberries in an even layer in pan.
- Repeat three more times.
- In saucepan, melt butter; stir in brown sugar, the remaining 1/4 cup blueberries and cinnamon.
- Cook, stirring frequently until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour hot syrup over biscuit / blueberry mixture in pan.
- Bake for 65 minutes or until done.
- Turn out onto serving plate.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray an 11-inch spring-form pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- Place all berries, cream cheese, and 1 tablespoon of sugar into the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth (about 1 - 2minutes).
- Lightly flour a surface, and roll out both pieces of Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza Dough, side by side.
- Spread both dough pieces evenly with the cream cheese mixture, leaving a 2-inch border of dough around the cream cheese.
- Roll up both dough sections into a log -- jelly-roll style.
- Trim off the ends of each roll to make them neat, and then,
- Cut each roll into 15 1-inch pieces.8. Place each piece of dough into prepared round or bundt pan, placing them side-by-side in concentric circles until entire pan is filled.
- Sprinkle dough with remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar and bake for 35 minutes or until bread is lightly golden.
- Serve immediately.

LEMON BLUEBERRY BREAD
I love Trader Joe's Blueberry Lemon Bread so I was looking for a recipe that was similar. This what I came up with. Actually, I can't take all of the credit. I modified recipe #19254 for Glazed Lemon Cake slightly and added blueberries, then baked it in loaf pans. My whole family loves this bread. In fact, I think it's better than Trader Joe's Blueberry Lemon Bread....geez....I know, I am so modest ;-)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Important: grease and flour two loaf pans.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and beat until smooth.
- Add buttermilk.
- Mix dry ingredients together and add to buttermilk mixture.
- Blend well.
- Mix in lemon juice and zest.
- Gently fold in blueberries and only mix until incorporated.
- Pour batter into loaf pans.
- Bake loaves on the middle rack of the oven for 60 to 65 minutes.
- Cool bread 10 minutes, remove from pan and place on a large cookie sheet, top side up.
- For icing: Combind icing ingredients in a bowl.
- Beat icing with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Drizzle icing over the warm loaves.
- The icing will harden when the bread cools to room temperature.
- I thought I should mention, if you make this bread without the addition of the blueberries, the baking time is closer to 50 minutes and I recommend increasing the amount of buttermilk from 2/3 cup to 1 cup.
