BUFFALO CHICKEN CRESCENT RING
Move over pigs-in-a-blanket: buffalo chicken dip finds a cozy home in crescent dough, too. This shareable ring is perfect for a big crowd -- be sure to serve with extra blue cheese dressing on the side.

- Preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Toss the chicken with 1/4 cup hot sauce and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and broil, turning halfway though, until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Reduce the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Meanwhile, mix the Monterey Jack, cream cheese, blue cheese dressing and remaining 1/4 cup hot sauce in a large bowl to combined. Chop the chicken into 1/2-inch cubes and fold into the cheese mixture.
- Remove the foil from the baking sheet, turn the sheet over and spray the back with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll both cans of dough and separate into 16 triangles. Place a 5-inch ramekin in the center of the prepared baking sheet. Arrange the triangles in a ring around the ramekin so the short sides of the dough are touching the ramekin, overlapping slightly, and the most pointed ends are facing outward; your dough should look like a giant sun.
- Spoon the chicken mixture over the short ends of the triangles closest to the ramekin. Sprinkle the blue cheese on top and remove the ramekin. Take hold of the pointed end of one of the triangles and fold it up and over the filling, tucking the tip under the bottom layer of dough to secure (the dough will not cover the filling completely). Repeat with the remaining triangles; there will be some gaps where you can see the chicken mixture.
- Bake until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 25 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes. Use a spatula to slide the ring off the baking sheet onto a platter. Serve with more hot sauce, blue cheese dressing, carrots and celery.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with ranch dressing mix, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, combine Neufchatel cheese, sour cream, and Buffalo wing sauce in a large saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until well combined, about 3 minutes. Add Cheddar cheese and stir well until melted. Add pasta and chicken and continue cooking until well incorporated and heated through.

CHICKEN AND NOODLES

- Start by putting the chicken in a pot and covering it with water. Bring the water to a boil, and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 45 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pot. Set the chicken aside to cool briefly.
- Shred the chicken with 2 forks, reserving the bones. Return the bones to the pot and boil for 20 minutes. Remove the bones from the pot and discard.
- Add the shredded chicken, carrots, celery and onions to the pot. Then add the salt, pepper, thyme and turmeric. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, and then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the noodles; no need to thaw them first!
- Finally, mix the flour with 1/2 cup water until smooth. Stir the flour mixture, the splash of half and half (if you're into that kind of thing) and the minced parsley into the pot. Simmer until the noodles are tender, about 15 minutes, tasting and adding more salt if needed at the end. The soup should be thick and stew-like and your kitchen should smell like home.

- 1. Place chicken in bowl with your favorite wing sauce (I use Louisiana Chicken Wing Sauce ) and let marinade for 30 minutes. You may want to dilute this. (It's hot!) Mix wing sauce with Ranch dry Seasoning mix.
- 2. Melt butter and add one ranch seasoning mix. Brush butter and ranch mixture over the crust. Combine spinach, Ranch Salad Dressing, baby carrots, Italian Seasoning and 1/3 cup dressing in medium bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture over crust; top with onions, and cheeses.
- 3. Place on baking sheet; bake in preheated 400°F oven 14 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted. Grate fresh celery in thin slices over the entire pizza.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 8 ramekins with non-stick cooking spray.
- Heat olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add shallots and celery. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt and dip mix. Add noodles and stir.
- Divide noodle mixture among the ramekins. Top with diced chicken. Spoon buffalo wing sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese and bread crumbs.
