CHOCOLATE BUTTERFINGER BROWNIES

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl; stir well.
- MIcrowave chocolate and butter in large, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 45 seconds; stir. Microwave an additional 30 seconds; stir until smooth and melted. Microwave at additional 15-second intervals as needed. Whisk in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition. Whisk in vanilla extract. Gradually stir in flour mixture. Stir in half of chopped Butterfinger. Spoon into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs attached. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes; sprinkle top with remaining chopped Butterfinger. Cool completely before cutting into 2-inch squares.

- Bake the brownies according to the package instructions. Remove from the oven and let cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Add 4 ounces of Butterfinger Bits (or, crushed Butterfinger bars) and fold together. Crumble the brownies into the bowl and mix until well combined and the mixture forms a large ball.
- Shape the truffle mixture into 20 1½-inch balls. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between, until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the brownie truffles from the freezer and dip each truffle in the melted chocolate until completely coated.
- Immediately sprinkle Butterfinger Bits (or, crushed Butterfinger bars) on the truffles until the tops are fully covered.
- Chill the truffles for 20 minutes before serving.

- Layer ingredients in order given in a 1 quart wide mouth canning jar. Mix flour with baking powder and salt.When placing in jar, to keep flour mixture from sifting down through the other ingredients, it helps to put flour mixture into a thin sandwich bag.or place flour mixture into bottom of jar and layer other ingredients on top.I try not to place "white on white" in the jars.looks prettier that way.Sometimes I lay jar on its side after and layer ingredients that way -- makes a pretty "sand art" type of gift.use your imagination. Place these instructions on your gift jar:.
- Empty mix into large bowl. Empty flour mixture into jar contents.Mix thoroughly.
- Add: 2 sticks butter, or margarine, melted.(do not use diet).4 large eggs and 2 tsps vanilla.
- Mix until blended.
- Pour batter into sprayed 9" X 13" pan.
- Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
- Cool. Cut into squares.
- Makes 24-30 brownies.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, flour, pudding mix and cocoa. In another bowl whisk together milk, oil, butter and eggs. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
- Line a 9x13 with aluminum foil. Press half of the dough mixture into the bottom. Bake for 10 minutes.
- While baking chop 2 Butterfinger candy bars. Stir peanut butter, and vanilla into the other half of the uncooked cake mixture. Fold in chopped bars and 1 cup chocolate chips.
- Chop 3 additional candy bars and sprinkle over the top of the warm crust and press down gently. Drop the other half of the mixed cake mixture evenly on top. Press down with a metal spatula. Crush the last remaining candy bar on top and sprinkle with remaining chips all over the top.
