Carolyns Cheesy Cheese Dip Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
• In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, green onions and cayenne pepper. Transfer the mixture to a shallow baking dish, such as a 9-inch pie pan. Top the mixture with the cracker crumbs and bake until heated through, about 15 minutes.
• Remove the pan from the oven and top with the bacon. Serve immediately with corn chips, crackers or bagel chips.

• Preheat oven to 325°. Combine the first 5 ingredients; spread into a greased shallow baking dish or pie plate. Top with olives and pepperoni. Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with assorted crackers and fresh vegetables.

• Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble sausage and ground beef into the skillet; add the onion. Cook and stir the beef mixture until the meat is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease. Pour into a slow cooker.
• Layer cheese food cubes atop meat mixture.
• Blend diced tomatoes with green chile peppers in a blender until smooth; pour over the cheese cubes along with the cream of mushroom soup. Stir the mixture.
• Cook on High, stirring occasionally until the cheese is completely melted, about 90 minutes.

• Get crock-pot ready on medium or high heat. Add both cans of soup. Chop all the cheese into 2x2-inch pieces and add to crock-pot, stir. Put lid on and let cook.
• Cook ground hamburger in pan making sure it's cooked all the way through. When it's done, add it to the cheese dip. Add the taco seasoning to the dip. For very spicy hot cheese dip add the whole can of chopped jalapeno peppers, DRAINED; for medium spice add 1/3 of the can; and for very mild add a teaspoon.
• Cook with lid on but stir often until cheese is melted and very hot. This could take 1 to 2 hours in your slow cooker but that’s the best way to cook it. When it's done, turn on low to keep warm. Add a ladle full to custard cups. Top them off with sour cream and olives. Serve with chips and enjoy.
