Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, 2 minutes. , In a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish, layer with a third of the potatoes, half of the hot dogs and half of the onion. Repeat layers. Top with remaining potatoes. Pour white sauce over all., Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until potatoes are tender, 10-15 minutes longer.

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Tear up the hot dog buns and arrange the pieces in the bottom of the dish evenly. Slice the hot dogs into bite size pieces and layer the pieces over the buns.
Pour the chili over the hot dogs, sprinkle with the chopped onion, then spread some mustard over the chili and the onion. Top off with the cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 400'
2. Brown hot dogs in skillet add onion and cook just until onions are clear.I like to lay out my tortilla's on the counter and place hot dogs, some onions and a little cheese in each one.Reserve at least half of cheese. Roll up hot dogs in tortilla's and place in rows in a 13 x9 pan! I put toothpicks in mine to keep it rolled up.
3. Pour both cans of chili on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for about 25min or until cheese and chili are bubbling! Enjoy!
