CHEESY JALAPEñO-BACON PULL-APART BREAD
Assembling this bread is a little messy and it will look very full, but don't be afraid to really stuff between the cuts so all the flavor and melting cheese can soak into the loaf.

Steps:
- Preheat a grill to low and medium: On a gas grill, turn the center burner(s) to low and the side burners to medium; on a charcoal grill, bank the coals to the sides with a few coals in the center.
- Combine the cheddar, pepper jack, bacon, jalapeños and scallions in a medium bowl.
- Slice the bread with a serrated knife in 1-inch intervals, cutting almost all the way through. Rotate the bread 90 degrees and repeat to create a crosshatch pattern. Set the bread on 2 large stacked sheets of heavy-duty foil.
- Gently spread the bread open and brush between the cuts with 4 tablespoons melted butter. Stuff the cheese mixture into the spaces. Press the bread back together and brush the outside with the remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter; wrap in the foil.
- Once the grill registers 350˚ F to 375˚ F, set the bread in the center of the grill over low heat, cover and cook until warmed through, about 15 minutes. Pull back the foil to expose the surface of the bread (do not remove). Continue to grill, covered, until the top of the bread is crisp and the cheese melts, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 6-inch cast-iron skillet with canola oil spray.
- Remove the biscuits from the package and lay them out on a clean work surface. Gently pull the layers apart at the middle to divide the biscuits in half. Gently pull each of the halves apart so you are left with four thin, round biscuits each (32 in all). Don't worry if any biscuits tear: just press the torn pieces back together.
- Place 1 teaspoon of the mozzarella in the center of each biscuit round; you will use about 1 1/2 cups of the mozzarella for this. Fold the dough around the cheese and roll into balls. Arrange the balls in a circle around the edge of the prepared skillet, then work your way in until you have completely filled the cast-iron pan with the dough balls. If you start to run out of room as you get closer to the center of the skillet, gently push the dough from the center towards the edges of the pan to make more space.
- Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Once melted, stir in the scallions, garlic, red pepper and salt. Cook until the butter is just beginning to brown and the garlic is lightly toasted and very fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vinegar. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top of the dough and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella.
- Bake until the dough is cooked through and golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly, about 10 minutes. Serve in the skillet.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Put the garlic cloves on a square of heavy foil, drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle on some salt and pepper. Wrap it up and bake until the garlic is golden, nutty and mushy, about 1 hour. Let cool. Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the garlic together with the 4 cheeses, chives, crushed red pepper flakes and some black pepper in a bowl.
- Cut the bread in strips in one direction, being careful not to cut all the way through the loaf. Rotate the bread 90 degrees and cut in the other direction. Stuff the cheese mixture in between the rows. Drizzle the melted butter all over the top.
- Wrap in foil and bake for 25 minutes. Open up the foil and bake until the cheese is hot and bubbly, another 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
PULL-APART GARLIC BREAD WITH ASIAGO CHEESE

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Use a bread knife to cut a cross-hatch pattern into the top of the bread, stopping short of cutting through to the bottom of the loaf (so the loaf holds together).
- Melt the butter in a small skillet over low heat. Add the olive oil and garlic and cook, stirring often, until very pale golden, about 4 minutes. Stir in 3/4 teaspoon salt and the parsley. Remove from the heat.
- Gently separate the cubes of bread from the top of the loaf. Spoon some of the garlic butter in the cuts and spread it over the cut surfaces; use all but 2 tablespoons of the garlic butter for this. Slather the remaining garlic butter on top of the loaf. Distribute the Asiago between the cuts and on top. Wrap the loaf in foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake the bread until heated through, about 10 minutes. Unwrap the foil and continue baking until slightly crisp on the outside, 5 to 7 minutes more. Serve immediately.
CHEESY GARLIC PULL APARTS
These are great for an appetizer or double the recipe and serve with a salad for dinner. They are gobbled up very quickly! Cooking time is approximate. I use a glass pie plate to bake in so I can see how the bottom of the biscuits are browning up. The top will get done before the bottom so I place an aluminum foil tent over it after around 8-10 minutes depending how brown the cheese is getting.

CHEESY GARLIC PULL-APART BREAD
I got this recipe from a pampered chef party when I bought their loaf pan. It is really easy to make and delish!! Don't use the large biscuits. The inexpensive small can works best.

- Without cutting through the bottom of the loaf, cut bread into 2.5 centimeter slices in one direction then rotate 90° and repeat. Place on a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter (alternatively you can use a microwave). Stir the garlic, parsley, and salt (if using) into the melted butter. Use a pastry brush (silicone or otherwise, doesn’t matter) to spread the garlic butter among all the slices. Stuff the cheese slices into each cut, dividing the two cheeses equally across the loaf. Wrap loaf tightly with the foil, place onto a baking tray and bake 20-25 minutes until bread is toasty and cheese is melted. Serve immediately in the centre of your table and let everyone dig in.

- In a bowl, combine the hot melted butter, garlic and diced green onion, stir and allow to sit for just a minute or two.
- Slice the bread in a crisscross pattern - do not cut all the way through - just to about the bottom inch or so of bread. I begin slicing diagonally one way about an inch apart, then rotate the loaf and slice the opposite way diagonally. If the bread flattens, don't worry - it's quite forgiving, it will be fine.

- Preheat the oven to 425°. Butter a 9-by-4 1/2-inch metal loaf pan. In a large skillet, melt the 1/2 stick of uncubed butter; pour 2 tablespoons of the melted butter into a small bowl and reserve. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until it is softened, about 8 minutes. Stir in the poppy seeds and season with salt and pepper. Scrape the onion mixture onto a plate and refrigerate for 5 minutes, until cooled slightly. Stir in the Gruyère.
- Meanwhile, in a food processor, pulse the flour with the baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the cubed butter and pulse until it is the size of small peas. Add the buttermilk and pulse 5 or 6 times, just until a soft dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a well-floured work surface and knead 2 or 3 times. Pat or roll the dough into a 2-by-24-inch rectangle. Spread the onion mixture on top. Cut the dough crosswise into 10 pieces. Stack 9 pieces onion side up, then top with the final piece, onion-side down. Carefully lay the stack in the prepared loaf pan and brush with the reserved butter.

- 2. Cut the sourdough lengthways and crossways, three-quarters of the way through the loaf, creating a cubed effect. Each cube should be about 2.5cm as a rough guide, and take care not to go all the way through to the bottom of the loaf.
- 3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place your prepared sourdough loaf on top. Spread the butter generously between the slices – no need to be precise, bits and blobs of it anywhere and everywhere simply add to the appeal.
