Cheez Whiz Carrots Recipes
CRACKER-TOPPED VEGGIE CASSEROLE
Try something new with dinner this week and make our Cracker-Topped Veggie Casserole recipe. Topped with crushed buttery crackers, this cheesy cracker-topped veggie casserole is a cinch to make. Good thing, since you'll be asked to make it again!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Mix CHEEZ WHIZ and soup until blended. Combine vegetables and rice in medium bowl. Add CHEEZ WHIZ mixture; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 35 min. or until heated through, topping with cracker crumbs for the last 5 min.

CHEEZ WHIZ CARROTS
Steps:
- Boil carrots 10 minutes. Drain. Add soup, and Cheez Whiz. Stir to blend.
- Bake 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until carrots are tender.
- Melt butter and stir in crushed cracker crumbs to coat lightly. Top carrot casserole and bake 5-10 minutes longer.

CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES
Steps:
- Cook onions in margarine. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk and thicken. Add Cheez Whiz and heat. Remove.
- Layer potatoes and sauce in a large baking dish.
- Bake at 375°F for 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle cheese and bake another 10 to 15 min. Let stand for 5 minutes.
