CHERRY SPLASH
Steps:
- Pour rum, amaretto and cherry liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until ingredients are well combined and chilled. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice. Squeeze a lime wedge over drink and drop into glass. Add a pour of cherry juice and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

- Tip all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Adjust the thickness to your liking with 50-100ml cold water. Serve in four glasses or chill for up to 24 hrs, giving a good stir before serving.

Steps:
- Place cherries in a low boy glass and splash with bitters. Muddle cherries until smashed to desired consistency.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; pour in rye, vermouth, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Cover shaker, shake vigorously, and pour cocktail over cherries.

- Get your blender out! Put the JELL-O powder at the bottom of the blender. Then pour the CAPRI SUN on top of the JELL-O and the ice on top of that.
- Blend together until smooth (about 1 minute). Then sit down and enjoy!
