Chicken Pasta Accents Recipes

Steps:

• In a bowl, mix chicken with Montreal seasoning, garlic powder & olive oil. Set aside.
• Put water on to cook noodles(according to package directions). Drain.
• In a small saucepan, add milk, butter & cheese over medium heat, stirring occasionally to melt. Add garlic salt & pepper to taste.
• In a microwave safe bowl, combine veggies, season with garlic salt to taste, & cook on high approximately 7-8 minutes until crisp tender. Stir halfway through cooking.
• In a large skillet preheated to med/med-high, add chicken & cook through until juices run clear.
• Add all components into large pot you cooked pasta in & mix well. Return to low heat & allow to heat through & combine flavors.(Approx. 10 minutes.) Serve.

Steps:

• Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Reserve 100ml of the water and drain the pasta in a colander.
• Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and fry the garlic and spinach for 3 mins until wilted. Add the soft cheese and heat until melted. Stir in most of the parmesan, then add the shredded chicken, peas and some of the pasta water. Bring to the boil and bubble for 2-3 mins until the chicken and peas are completely heated through.
• Add the pasta and stir until combined. Add more pasta water to loosen the sauce, if needed. Remove from heat, sprinkle over the remaining parmesan and parsley or basil to serve.
