CHICKEN WITH HONEY MUSTARD CURRY GLAZE
I made this last week for my daughter-in-law and she demanded to know why I waited for 10 years to make it for her-lol.

Steps:
- 1. Place chicken pieces in a baking pan, skin side up. Brush chicken pieces with honey mixture. Bake in 350 oven, brushing chicken with more honey mixture once or twice, for about 40 minutes or until chicken in cooked through and skin is dark brown and crispy. We always have this with rice that we spoon pan drippings over.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375-degrees F.
- Place butter (or margarine) in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and heat in oven until melted (5 minutes).
- Stir in next 4 ingredients (honey- salt).
- Add chicken pieces, turn to coat all sides.
- Bake 20 minutes, turn chicken and bake another 20-30 minutes or until chicken is done and golden brown.
