Chocolate Banana Pizza With Peanut Butter Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375°. Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Pat into a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake 16 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips; bake until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes longer.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 12-inch pizza pan with aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray. Place 1/2 cup butter and the unsweetened chocolate in heavy 3-qt. saucepan; cook on very low heat just until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly. Cool. Stir in 1-1/2 cups of the sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, stirring until well blended after each addition. Stir in milk and vanilla. Add flour and salt; mix well. Spread evenly into prepared pan.

Place semi-sweet chocolate and the 2 tsp. butter in heavy saucepan; cook on very low heat just until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Drizzle over pizza.

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F.
• Place crust on baking sheet. Brush crust with butter; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until edge of crust is lightly browned. Cool.
• Prepare pudding as directed on package using 1 cup milk. Refrigerate while crust cools.
• Spread crust with peanut butter; top with pudding and bananas. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts; drizzle with chocolate syrup.

• Prepare brownie mix according to instructions on box.
• Spread batter evenly on greased, 12-inch pizza pan.
• Bake 20 minutes at whatever temperature your brand of brownie mix directs.
• Cool completely on wire rack; DO NOT remove brownie from pan.
• Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and peanut butter with electric blender until smooth.
• Spread evenly over brownie in pan.
• Arrange banana slices over cream cheese layer and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
• Melt butter in small pan and add chocolate to melt over LOW heat; drizzle over top of brownie.

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Using pencil, trace 9-inch circle onto sheet of cooking parchment paper. Place paper pencil side down on cookie sheet.
• Make cookie mix dough as directed on pouch. Spread dough on parchment paper in even layer, keeping dough within shape of traced circle as best as possible.
• Bake in center of oven 25 to 30 minutes or until cookie is firm around edge and soft, but just done, in center. Remove from oven to cooling rack. Cool about 15 minutes.
• Spread peanut butter in even layer on slightly warm cookie. Cool completely.
• Arrange banana and strawberry slices on top. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and powdered sugar. Cut into wedges to serve.
