- Heat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 baking pan. Stir together flour, sugar and cocoa in large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg; mix well. Set aside 1 1/2 cups mixture. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake crust 10 minutes. Meanwhile, place sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl; stir. Microwave at medium 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirring; pour over crust. Add nuts and remaining chips to reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over top. Bake an additional 25 to 30 minuted or until center is almost set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

- Line a 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper and place the batter into the dish, but reserve 1/3 cup batter. Press the batter down firmly so you have a thin even layer. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
- Remove and top with chocolate bar and then crumble the remaining batter over the top and slightly press it down.
