SWIZZLE NOG

Wonderful and comforting drink to sooth and warm your aching body. It will make you warm and fuzzy all over!!

Swizzle Nog image

Steps:

  • 1. In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, scm and cocoa. Heat through, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in peppermint extract. Serve warm in mugs topped with whipped cream. Store covered in refrigerator.

2 c milk, 2%
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (scm)
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
dollops of whipped cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips., Shape dough into 1-in. balls; place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until set and bottoms are lightly browned, 15-20 minutes. Cool on pans 2 minutes. Roll warm cookies in confectioners' sugar. Cool completely on wire racks. If desired, reroll cookies in confectioners' sugar.
