YUMMY CITRUS CHEESECAKE
I love cheesecakes, they are so yummy and really very easy to make. Try it, your family will be so thrilled with it and best of all YOU will have made it from scratch. You can change the cookie crumb on this recipe very easily to accomodate your personal taste preference.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl combine the cookie crumbs and the melted butter, press into the bottom of an ungreased 9 inch spring form pan.
- In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and almond extract on medium speed until well blended.
- Next add the juices and fruit zests and mix well.
- Add your eggs, one at a time, just until blended and pour over crust.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 - 50 minutes, or until centre is almost set.
- Cool completely, then place in fridge overnight.
- When ready to serve, garnish with fresh berries.
