1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, shredded
4 green onions with tops, finely chopped
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt

Creamy Thai Crab Meat Dip image

Steps:

  • Mix the Trident Coconut Cream, spring onion and Trident Red Curry Paste in a small saucepan and boil until well reduced and thick.
  • Add the crabmeat and Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce and stir. Cook for 30 seconds.
  • Stir in 1 beaten egg and cook gently for 20 seconds. Then set aside to cool.
  • Spoon into a bowl and serve with Trident Rice Crackers.

  • Add crab or krab and pulse until combined.

  • Blend coconut milk, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lime juice, diced jalapeno, scallions and cilantro.
  • Next, place the crab meat in a bowl and season it with salt, cayenne pepper and toasted coconut.
  • Then fold in the mixture little by little.
