CRAZY CRUST PIZZA
Whenever you need pizza quick, this is the recipe to go for! It is not a traditional yeast dough crust...it actually starts out with a batter that turns into a crust. It is extremely easy to prepare, very good and you could probably have it done and on your table before the pizza parlor could :)

BISCUITS AND SAUSAGE GRAVY BREAKFAST PIZZA
My family's favorite Sunday morning meal is my delicious and easy biscuits and gravy. One morning I decided to double the sausage gravy batch and try out a new recipe - biscuits and gravy pizza! Absolutely amazing. Now my family asks for this just as much as the standard biscuits and gravy. The recipe calls for about half of the amount of gravy that is made; we either make two pizzas with it, or freeze the rest for a later date!

AUNT ALTA'S CRAZY CRUST PIZZA
Aunt Alta really loved pizza. I found this recipe tucked into her collection, which she had clipped out of a Pillsbury ad. The crust is not traditional at all...it is very thin and will not taste like a typical risen pizza crust. She made this for me when I visited her as a young teen. She used the round pizza plate, I only have a jelly roll pan. Note:You may replace the sauce ingredients with 1- 1 1/2 cups of prepared pizza sauce, if desired. My Aunt's original version was quite mild and contained no garlic, but I like lots of garlic.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Have ready a 12-14" round pizza pan with a rim (or use a 10x15" jelly roll pan), lightly greased with olive oil.
- Combine flour, salt, oregano, pepper, eggs, and mikl until smooth.
- Pour crust batter into the pan, tilting the pan to coat evenly; you want the entire bottom covered and it will appear to be very very low and thin.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage (or pepperoni slices) all over the batter, then do the same with the garlic, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms if using, but DO NOT ADD SAUCE OR CHEESE YET.
- Bake on a low rack in preheated 425 F oven for 25-30 minutes until deep golden brown (to give it a crispy crust).
- Meanwhile mix together the sauce ingredients.
- When pizza is ready, drizzle the sauce over the pizza as evenly as you can and sprinkle cheese over the top, bearing in mind that if you add extra sauce/cheese the pizza will not be as crispy.
- Bake another 10-15 minutes or until sauce is heated through and cheese has melted.
- Cut into squares and serve, this is going to have a very thin crust and depending on how many toppings you added, might be a bit floppy so have a fork handy (my aunt always ate pizza with a fork).

CRAZY CRUST SAUSAGE PIZZA
I think I got this recipe as a freebie when I bought sausage. It is similar to the bisquick crazy-crust pies. DD made this at her 'girls only' movie night. She used about 3/4 lb. sweet Italian sausage, omitted the mushrooms (personal preference) and added some sliced pepperoni over the sauce. The girls loved it!

BIZARRE BISQUICK VEGGIE PIZZA (WITHOUT SAUCE TO WORRY ABOUT!)
This is a quick and hearty vegetarian meal for one that I cooked up tonight for dinner, and it doesn't call for a pizza base, sauce, or special cheeses! It's a bit "upside down", with yummy parmesan cheese in the crust, followed by a layer of sliced tomatoes, which acts as the "pizza sauce". A little bit of stove-top "crust"-making and a little pop in the oven, and your yummy, unconventional pizza is ready!

Steps:
- Mix together Bisquick, milk and water in a bowl and whisk until a smooth batter of pourable consistency is formed.
- Ensure that the batter isn't too thin; you need a substantial base to hold all those veggies!
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celcius (480 degrees Fahrenheit) using the top heating element only.
- Instructions for ovens without this facility with follow.
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside.
- Heat a non-stick skillet (or spray a regular skillet with cooking spray) on a medium-high flame until hot.
- Pour the Bisquick batter onto the skillet quickly, such that you get a 6-inch diameter circle or thereabouts.
- My"crusts" are usually pretty darn weird-shaped!
- Immediately sprinkle oregano, paprika and parmesan cheese over the top of the"crust".
- Cook only on one side for a minute or two, or until the bottom of the pancake is well browned (This is IF your oven has the facility of heating only the top element).
- If your oven is old-fashioned and it heats from all sides, cook the crust until it just starts to brown.
- Now remove the crust from the skillet and place it carefully (same side up, DON'T FLIP) on the baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Carefully place the tomato slices over the crust covering as much of it as you can.
- Now top with onion and bell pepper slices, and corn kernels.
- Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven with only the top heating element switched on, even now, if you have that facility, for 15 minutes.
- Even in a regular oven, with all heating elements switched on, bake for 15 minutes (you adjusted the time during the crust-making, see!).
- Remove from the baking sheet onto your serving plate gently.
- Attempt to slice it, give up, grab a large spoon and dig in!
- Relish the satisfaction and thank the parmesan cheese.
- enjoy!
