NO DOUGH PIZZA LOW CARB CREAM CHEESE PIZZA CRUST
Low Carb The "Crust" is soft so this is actually more of a casserole dish but the flavor is there. I used Minced Garlic from a Jar rather than Garlic Powder. For the Pizza Sauce I used leftover Kittencal's Pizza Sauce Recipe #65641 that had been frozen after a previous pizza prep . This recipe was Posted On Facebook by a Friend of a Friend of a Friend!

- Preheat oven to 375.
- Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper. With a handheld mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and parmesan cheese until combined. Spread into baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes.
- Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with cheese and toppings. Sprinkle pizza with garlic powder. Bake 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
CREAM CHEESE PIZZA DIP
This is my favorite recipe to bring to appetizer parties. It is so yummy when spread on some crusty french bread. I guarantee all of your guests will love it and you'll come home with a plate that was scraped clean!

Steps:
- Mix cream cheese with Italian seasonings.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on a pie plate or shallow dinner plate.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of both the parmesan cheese and the mozarella cheese on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top of the pizza sauce.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 5 minutes.
- (It will be hot!) Serve it with crusty french bread or crackers.
- Tip: You can double this recipe and put it in a glass casserole dish for parties.
CRAB AND CREAM CHEESE PIZZA
Taking inspiration from crab rangoon, a favorite at Chinese American restaurants, this pizza is topped with crabmeat, cream cheese and water chestnuts, plus scallions, ginger and Chinese hot mustard.

- Place a pizza stone or an inverted rimmed baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven and preheat to 500 degrees F.
- Combine the crab, cream cheese, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, soy sauce, Chinese hot mustard, sesame oil, scallions, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt and a pinch pepper in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Dust a piece of parchment paper lightly with flour. Stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round on the parchment, then transfer the dough on the parchment to a pizza peel or another inverted rimmed baking sheet. Spread with the crab mixture. Whisk the egg with 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl. Brush the crust with the egg wash and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
- Slide the pizza on the parchment onto the pizza stone or baking sheet and bake until the crust is golden, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Drizzle the pizza with duck sauce and top with the chow mein noodles and more sliced scallions. Serve with more Chinese hot mustard.
CREAMY PIZZA MACARONI AND CHEESE
You could call this mac and cheese a mash-up: It tastes just like pizza! We love using the oil from sun-dried tomatoes to make the topping. Don't throw it out- it's also great drizzled on toasted bread or pasta.

- Set an oven rack 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until it is al dente, about 6 minutes. Strain, reserving 1 3/4 cups of the pasta water. Set aside.
- Heat the half-and-half, oregano and crushed red pepper in a large saucepan over medium heat until the mixture just comes to a simmer. Continue simmering until the half-and-half is reduced to 1 1/2 cups, about 15 minutes. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Whisk in the Cheddar and Gruyere until all the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the macaroni and reserved pasta water to the saucepan and stir to combine. (The mixture will look very loose, but the pasta will suck up a lot of the sauce as it bakes.) Gently stir in the marinara sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and pepperoni and season with more salt if needed. Pour into a 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Toss the bread crumbs, Parmesan and sun-dried tomato oil together in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the macaroni and cheese. Bake until the cheese is bubbly and the bread crumbs are lightly browned and crispy, about 10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare pizza crust according to directions as desired. I made it with a crispy crust.
- Remove the lid and seal from the cream cheese. Microwave on high for 15-20 seconds until it is very soft and spreadable.
- Spread softened cream cheese on prepared crust.
- Mix together the flour, cinnamon and sugar.
- Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the flour mixture on top of cream cheese.
