Steps:

  • Mix water and dressing.
  • Pour over chicken in the bottom of a skillet.
  • Cover and cook chicken until done and no longer pink.
  • In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and soup until no longer lumpy (it may help to heat in microwave).
  • Pour over chicken and heat through.
  • Serve over rice or pasta.

There are many Creamy Chicken Casseroles, but I do believe this one is just a tad bit different. This was adapted from a recipe received from All Recipes which was submitted by Blondeprincess. I have adapted this recipe for my family's own tastes. It is very creamy and to us, very good. We served this with salad and garlic breadsticks. This can also be served over rice if preferred.

Creamy Italian Chicken Casserole image

Steps:

  • Preheat Oven to 375 deg.F. Spray 11x15 Baking Dish with Cooking Spray.
  • In a bowl, mix soups with half and half. Arrange chicken breast halves in the baking dish. Top each breast with handful of cheese. Pour Soup Mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with mushrooms and chopped green onions.
  • Bake 30 minutes in the pre-heated ove, or until sauce is bubblie and chicken juices run clear.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted, oiled water to a boil. Add Pasta and cook for 8 - 10 minutes, just till al dente, drain. Serve chicken and mushroom sauce over the cooked pasta.

Steps:

  • Fill a 2-quart saucepan two-thirds full of water. Heat to boiling.
  • Add pasta; stir. Boil gently 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain; set aside.
  • Meanwhile, cut chicken breasts at an angle, into ½-inch medallions.
  • Coat chicken with seasoning in shallow bowl or plastic bag.
  • Heat butter in 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat; carefully add chicken and any excess seasoning. Cook medallions 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until browned.
  • Stir in milk; heat to boiling.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in spinach, and sundried tomatoes if using. Simmer 5 minutes.
  • Stir in Creamy Garlic Already sauce.
  • Top pasta with chicken and sauce. Sprinkle with optional toppings if desired. Enjoy!

  • Place chicken in slow cooker.
  • Combine salad dressing mix and chicken broth.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low setting for 3 hours.
  • Add fresh mushrooms on top of chicken.

This pasta is my go-to, quick, easy and elegant pasta dish that is company worthy, but still easy enough to put together on a weeknight. All the ingredients are pantry staples and I love being able to wow guests with creamy and comforting pasta that I can whip up in a moment's notice.

Creamy 'Shrooms Pasta image

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package directions until al dente. Do not drain.
  • Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms in an even layer and season with salt and pepper. Allow the shrooms to brown on one side, 1 to 2 minutes, then flip to crisp the other side, 1 to 2 minutes more. Remove to a plate and set aside.
  • Add 1 tablespoon oil to the skillet and add the shallots and garlic if using. Season with salt and pepper and cook, slightly caramelizing to light golden, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the lemon juice and scrape up the brown bits (suc) on the bottom of the skillet with a wooden spoon. Return the mushrooms to the skillet, add the cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Turn off the heat and stir in the cheese. Using tongs or a slotted spoon, remove the cooked pasta from the water and add it directly to the skillet. Toss to coat, adding pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  • Season generously with freshly cracked pepper. Serve sprinkled with more cheese and drizzled with the remaining tablespoon oil and enjoy!
