BLACK COFFEE CHOCOLATE CAKE
This is the EASIEST dark chocolate cake yet. It is super-chocolaty and very moist. I've been using this recipe for 30-years. NOTE: Here's a substitute for the one cup buttermilk: 2/3 cup plain yogurt plus 1/3 cup milk.

- Beat it all together in one big bowl.
- The batter will be very thin.
- Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan or two 9-inch layer pans.
- Bake 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
- * This is great when filled with creamy peanut butter and frosted with dark chocolate frosting.

Steps:
- Pour half a cup of milk into a microwave proof container.
- Place it in the microwave on HIGH power level for 30 seconds.
- Remove from microwave.
- Now, melt the chocolate in the microwave on HIGH power level for 30 seconds.
- Remove and keep aside.
- Prepare a mixture of coffee powder, melted chocolate, sugar and a little milk.
- Whisk well to ensure that there are no lumps.
- It should be frothy as well.
- Add a drop of hazelnut syrup.
- Grab a serving glass.
- Put 1 tbsp.
- of the coffee mixture in it and pour half a cup of hot milk over it.
- Mix well.
- Prepare foam in the hot cup of cold milk with a foamer and pour into the glass.
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder over it and serve rightaway.
- Similarly, prepare more glasses of delicious chocolate coffee with the remaining milk and coffee mixture.
CHOCOLATE-COVERED COFFEE BEANS
After some experimenting, I've finally found a way to reproduce the delicious chocolate-covered coffee beans that you often see in coffee shops. This recipes uses 2 two ingredients: coffee beans and chocolate.

Steps:
- Place 1/2 of the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on low until almost melted, about 1 minute; do not allow chocolate to burn. Remove from the microwave, stir to melt any remaining pieces, and let cool slightly.
- Drop a small handful of coffee beans into the chocolate and drench until completely covered. Fish out with a fork and drop onto waxed paper, making sure beans are separated. Repeat with remaining beans. Let cool until chocolate is solid, about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt remaining chocolate in the microwave; do not allow to burn. Stir once and cool slightly, about 2 minutes. Drop a small amount of chocolate-covered coffee beans into the melted chocolate at a time, until completely covered with a second coating. Place on a new sheet of waxed paper and let cool completely, about 30 minutes.
