- In a sauce Pan, Bring Coca-Cola, Oil, Margarine, and cocoa to a boil, mix the sugar, flour and salt, Pour in the boiling liquid and beat well.
- Add the eggs, Buttermilk, soda, and vanilla and beat well.
- Pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- For Frosting: In a saucepan, combine the butter cocoa, and milk and heat until the butter melts, Beat in the remaining ingredients, and Spread on the hot cake. Cool and cut.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, beat Cake ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.
- Bake 28 to 33 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on cooling rack 5 minutes. With handle of wooden spoon (1/2 inch in diameter), poke holes almost to bottom every 1/2 inch, wiping spoon handle occasionally with paper towel to reduce sticking.
- In medium bowl, beat Filling ingredients with whisk about 2 minutes or until starting to thicken. Pour over cake; spread evenly over surface, working back and forth to fill holes. (Some filling will remain on top of cake.) Refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
- When ready to serve, drop whipped topping by spoonfuls over cake; spread evenly. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Cut into 5 rows by 3 rows. Store loosely covered in refrigerator.

DOUBLE FUDGE CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 12 by 18 by 1 1/2-inch sheet pan and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugars on high speed until light, approximately 5 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla and mix well. Combine the buttermilk, sour cream, and coffee. On low speed, add the flour mixture and the buttermilk mixture alternately in thirds, beginning with the buttermilk mixture and ending with the flour mixture. Mix the batter only until blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the center of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool to room temperature before frosting.
- Place the chocolate chips and heavy cream in a bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring occasionally, until the chips are completely melted. Off the heat, add the corn syrup and vanilla and allow the chocolate mixture to cool to room temperature. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whisk the chocolate mixture and softened butter on medium speed for a few minutes, until it's thickened.
- Spread the frosting evenly on the cake. Have the children decorate the cake with M&M's.

- Cream butter or margarine and sugar together in a large bowl. Add vanilla, and then eggs to the mixture.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, soda, baking powder, and salt. Sour the milk by adding the lemon juice or vinegar. Add flour mixture alternately with soured milk to the creamed mixture.
- Mix cocoa and hot water together, and beat into batter.

- Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Oil and line the base of two 18cm sandwich tins. Sieve the flour, cocoa powder and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl. Add the caster sugar and mix well.
- Make a well in the centre and add the golden syrup, eggs, sunflower oil and milk. Beat well with an electric whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the two tins and bake for 25-30 mins until risen and firm to the touch. Remove from oven, leave to cool for 10 mins before turning out onto a cooling rack.
- To make the icing, beat the unsalted butter in a bowl until soft. Gradually sieve and beat in the icing sugar and cocoa powder, then add enough of the milk to make the icing fluffy and spreadable.
- Sandwich the two cakes together with the butter icing and cover the sides and the top of the cake with more icing.

Steps:
- In a saucepan, bring 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup cola and baking choclate to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows until dissolved.
- Set aside and allow to cool to room tempurature.
- In a bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- With an electric mixer, beat together sugar, shortening, oil and 2 tsp vanilla until fluffy.
- Add eggs, buttermilk, and beat until smooth.
- Add 1/2 of the dry mixture into the wet mixture and beat until smooth, scaping the sides of the bowl often.
- Add colled cola mixture and beat.
- Add remaining dry mixture and beat for 4 minutes. Batter will be thick.
- Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.
- Bake on top rack of a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cream butter with electric mixer.
- Add 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/4 cup cola, choclate syrup and 1 tsp vanilla and beat until smooth.
- Slowly add powdered sugar, scaping the sides f the bowl often, while beating with the mixer.
- If frosting seems dry, add small amounts of cola until you reach desired consistency.
- Frost cake while warm.
