- Fill a shaker with ice. Add 1 ounce olive juice and 2 ounces each gin and dry vermouth. Shake well, then strain into a martini glass. Add a dash of bitters and garnish with an olive.
DIRTY MARTINI
It s just wonderfull if you like really dry-strong flavor drinks, and the olive juice give it a great salty-olive taste. It s from every bar you go, it s the way they made it.

- Mix all the ingredients (except the olive) in a coctail mixer with 2 ice cubes.
- Put it in a frozen martini glass and the olive on a wooden stick.
DIRTY MARTINI
Steps:
- Form the blue cheese into 12 narrow tube shapes and stuff them into the pitted olives. Skewer 3 olives on each of 4 cocktail picks.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, vermouth and olive brine. Shake vigorously, then strain the cocktail into 4 martini glasses. Garnish with the olives and serve immediately.
DREAMY MARTINI
This tastes like a Dreamsicle.....only BETTER. I prefer Absolut but feel free to use your favorite vodka. This recipe is for a group.

- Holding a large (preferably 1") cube of ice in the palm of your hand, use the back of a stirring spoon to crack it into large pieces; place in a mixing glass. Repeat with enough ice to fill glass. Add vodka, Scotch, and Pernod and, using a bar spoon, rapidly stir 50 times in a circular motion (the outside of the shaker will become very cold and frosty).
- Strain martini through a Hawthorne strainer (or a large slotted spoon) into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Strain any excess cocktail into a sidecar set over ice (or a small glass in a bowl of ice).
- Using a small knife, remove a 1" piece of peel from lemon; it should be stiff enough to provide some resistance (a little white pith is okay). Twist peel over drink to express oils, then rub around rim of glass. Float peel, yellow side up, in martini.
