Steps:

1. Gather together your 4 ingredients.
2. Sprinkle dry jello out of box over the top and mix. Fold in the cool whip.
3. Mix pineapple and cottage cheese together and chill. (Grammie says that the lime jello or orange pineapple were her favorite)

1 can(s) crushed pineapple (well drained)
1 pt cottage cheese
3 oz package of jello any flavor
10 oz carton of cool whip

Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad image

Steps:

1. Mix cottage cheese and dry Jell-O together. Add oranges, cherries, pineapple and mix well. Add Cool Whip and mix well.
2. Refrigerate several hours.

1 large container small curd cottage cheese
1 small package cherry jell-o, dry
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 medium tub cool whip
10 oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved

Steps:

1. Mix together oranges, cottage cheese, and Cool Whip.
2. Sprinkle jello over and fold in.
3. Let stand for 3 to 4 hours.

1 can(s) mandarin oranges
1 c curd cottage cheese
1 large cool whip

TIP: If you like it more fruity, use less cool whip. If you like it more creamy, use more cool whip. Also, you can "holiday" it up or customize it just by changing flavors. For Christmas, use green jello and add cherries. For Halloween, use orange jello and add mandarin oranges, etc.
