- In a small saucepan, combine the confectioners' sugar, cream, butter, chocolate, corn syrup and salt. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from the heat. Stir in vanilla. Cool completely. , Spread 1/2 cup fudge sauce over the crust. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup pecans. Freeze for 20 minutes or until set. Spread with half of the ice cream. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm. Repeat layers. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm., Just before serving, drizzle remaining fudge sauce over pie and sprinkle with remaining pecans.

- Unfold piecrust; fit into 9 inch pie pan. Prebake crust according to package directions. Remove from oven.
- Lower the oven temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Beat together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, butter or margarine, eggs and vanilla in a medium-size bowl. Spoon into pie shell.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Allow to cool to room temperature. Serve with whipped topping or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

- Line unpricked pastry shell with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Bake at 450° for 5 minutes. Remove foil and set shell aside. Reduce heat to 375°. , In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and butter. Remove from the heat; stir in milk and water. Add a small amount of hot chocolate mixture to eggs; return all to the pan. Stir in vanilla and salt. Pour into shell; sprinkle with nuts. Cover edges with foil. Bake for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely. , In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. - Spray bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. In 3-quart saucepan, cook brown sugar, 3/4 cup butter and the milk over medium heat about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Heat to full rolling boil; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- Add powdered sugar and bourbon. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute. On medium speed, beat 10 minutes or until mixture begins to hold its shape and is warm to the touch. Quickly stir in pecans.
- Spread in pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 8 rows by 8 rows. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the prepared pastry in a glass pie plate and flute the edges.
- Using a fork prick holes in the bottom of the crust then bake the crust for 5-7 minutes (you may wish to cover with foil and bake with pie weights or dried beans to prevent the crust shrinking).
- In a large bowl beat butter and brown sugar on with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add in eggs and vanilla; beat until well blended.
- Add in the melted chocolate and dry coffee granules; mix until blended.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the partially baked crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
- Serve this pie warm or at room temperature topp with whipped cream or ice cream.
